Indexing — whether the journal is indexed the way your university's
regulations require, which is not always what the journal claims.
Quartile — and which category it belongs to, since a journal can sit in
different quartiles in different categories.
Article type and unit value — how much the paper is worth once your
authorship position is applied.
Excluded venues — a paper can be indexed, Q1, and still refused because
of its publisher. This is the one people miss.
Your file as a whole — the units you have against the minimum for the
rank you are going for.

Rules differ by university, and the differences matter — one accepts an
index another rejects, one counts a case report at half the value of the next. All six
sets are read from each university's own published rules.
